Sara Silverstein is a Somatic Sexologist, Therapeutic Yoni Massage Facilitator, and International Breathwork Guide devoted to helping women and vulva-havers come home to their bodies.

Through private 1:1 sessions, she creates safe, trauma-informed spaces for healing sexual trauma, regulating the nervous system and rebuilding intimacy from the inside out. Her work blends somatic practices, breathwork, EFT tapping, energy awareness, and hands-on therapeutic support.

Sara helps her clients release shame, reconnect to desire and cultivate a deep sense of safety, pleasure, and embodied confidence both inside and outside the bedroom.
