STUDIO CANCELLATION, EVENT & RETAIL RETURN POLICIES

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To help us provide the best experience for all clients and honor our practitioners’ time, we kindly ask that you observe our 48-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellation Notice

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another guest.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Call, No-Show

Missed appointments without notice (“no-call, no-show”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled session fee.

Why a Fee?

Late cancellations and no-shows impact both our practitioners and clients waiting for appointments. These fees help compensate for lost time and support our ability to provide personalized, flexible care to everyone.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Appointments can be managed through our online booking system. For changes within the 48-hour window or if you need assistance, please call us at (215) 965-6345 or contact your practitioner directly. Please note: Messages sent via social media will not be accepted as cancellation notices.

Arrival Times & Late Policy

To ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged the full appointment fee.

Please note that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time in order to accommodate the next scheduled client.

ILLNESS POLICY

If you're feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home to ensure the safety of our team and other guests. If you develop symptoms within 48 hours of your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or by contacting your practitioner.

We understand that illness can be unexpected, and we aim to waive late fees for illness-related cancellations as long as they are communicated promptly and not part of a repeated pattern.

EMERGENCIES & EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES

Life happens—we get it. If an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you with compassion and flexibility.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

You’ll receive a confirmation message a few days prior to your appointment. Please take a moment to review and confirm or make changes if needed. This helps ensure a seamless experience for all.

EVENT POLICY

Non-Refundable Tickets

All event tickets are non-refundable. If you can’t attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just let us know who will be attending in your place so we can update our guest list.

Event Rescheduling or Cancellation

If we need to reschedule or cancel an event, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. You’ll have the option to:

  • Receive a full refund

  • Attend the rescheduled event

  • Apply your ticket toward a future event

RETAIL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Receipt Requirement

A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Please bring the original receipt with you.

Item Condition

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns on used or damaged items.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges

To make an exchange, bring the item and original receipt to the shop. Exchanges are based on item availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Personal care products and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. If you’re unsure about a specific product, our team will be happy to help.

Return Process

Returns can be made in-store only. Simply bring your item and receipt to the shop to begin the process.
