Valentine’s Day often leads us to focus on the love we give to others, but what about the love we need to give ourselves?
This Self-Ceremony Women’s Gathering is a chance to honor our own needs, to slow down, and to reconnect with the parts of us that deserve attention. Led by Nicolle Rose, this intimate gathering is about releasing self-doubt, practicing compassion, and creating space for our own well-being.
It’s an invitation to pause, soften, and nurture ourselves. Through gentle movement, journaling, meditation, and Reiki healing, we will return to the wisdom within, embrace self-acceptance, and honor who we are. This is not just another “self-care” session—it’s a sacred time to show up for ourselves in a way that allows us to move through life with more ease, clarity, and presence.
